Mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual Rosé the SLO Way – the ultimate pink party! Join us at Hotel SLO’s Garden Courtyard for a celebration of the latest vintage of Central Coast Rosé.

20 premier Rosé wines will be available to sample along with delectable savory creations by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his team at Ox + Anchor and Piadina, and sweet treats from local favorites including Sheila Kearns Chocolate & Confections. Plus, you’ll also get the chance to mingle with the winemakers, enjoy live entertainment, fabulous fashion, and take home some exciting prizes. Best of all, proceeds from the event go to support Woods Humane Society and Cal Poly Scholarships.

Woods Humane Society

Founded in 1955, Woods Humane Society is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless dogs and cats in San Luis Obispo County. Their work as an animal shelter includes finding loving homes for pets, working to end pet overpopulation through spay/neuter efforts, canine obedience classes, and humane education opportunities for children. Through the dedication of its volunteers and the generosity of donors, Woods Humane Society is committed to improving the lives of animals throughout our community.


Hotel SLO’S UNCORK POTENTIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND supports students in the WINE AND VITICULTURE, and PARKS AND TOURISM ADMINISTRATION majors at CAL POLY. Recipients demonstrate a commitment to leadership through their activities either at the University or with outside organizations and an interest in winemaking or hospitality careers, in hotel management or food and beverage services.
