Dustin Valette is a celebrated Chef-Vintner in Sonoma County, widely recognized for his acclaimed Healdsburg restaurants — Valette, The Matheson, and Roof 106 — and his boutique winery, Valette Wines. The Valette family shares a close friendship with Chef Fancher’s, forged while both worked in Healdsburg. A proud rescue dog owner, Chef Valette gladly accepted the invitation to support Woods by joining in this year’s event.

Brian Collins

A San Luis Obispo County native, Chef Brian Collins is an alumni of the renowned Chez Panisse and former owner of the acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant Ember in Arroyo Grande (2014–2024). Collins is widely recognized for his soulful food cooked over a wood fire and Ember’s award-winning wine list. He’s currently catching his breath as he explores new ventures, consults, and works as a private chef.
